Jersey Reds host Leicester Tigers in a pre-season clash at Stade Santander International, with the home side confirming their squad for the match.
Fly-half Sam Leeming will play his first game for the Reds just over a year after a cancer diagnosis received shortly after moving to Jersey. Leeming underwent treatment for non-Hodgkins lymphoma prior to receiving the all-clear earlier this year, allowing him to join his team-mates when pre-season training started on July 1st.
There are also potential debuts for two new signings from the bench, with scrum-halves Will Lane and Harry Simmons named among a group of 14 replacements. Simmons is on season-long loan from the Tigers.
Two former Leicester players are included in the Jersey line-up: wing Ryan Olowofela and back row man Guy Thompson. Thompson is the only man - from either side - who featured in the first meeting between the sides in August 2012, having lined up for the Reds during his first spell on the Island.
The match will kick off at 5pm, with tickets still available, or the option of watching an online streaming. You can also check out the Reds' online match programme, with loads of additional info and linked video content - see below.
