Jersey's try scorers were Nicky Griffiths, Ed Dawson, Mark Foster, Joe Buckle, Sam Lockwood and Tom Brown, with a brace of conversions from both Niall O'Connor and Joel Dudley. Dale Rutledge claimed the late consolation for the Sarnians, converted by Sam Whitehead.
