U16's win first league game of the Season at Crowborough

U16's compete in the Sussex U16 league 1, the first away game of the season was  played on Sunday 18 September at Crowborough and at half time score was Crowborough 26, Jersey 5
After the break and some substitutions made by Jersey, a far more focused and determined Reds side emerged and instantly scored a 50m try from Ben Le Chevalier after some nice skill from Max Harrington and Fergus Ludlam. Chevalier went over for his second before what would be described as a forwards try finished off by Jack Le Bihan. Jersey's no prisoner attitude stunned to 100+ crowd, expansive rugby and a lot of possession saw further tries from Jordas and Angus Hay. Jersey were relentless with ball in hand and gave Crowborough very little opportunity to score in the second half. The final whistle went and the score finished 38-26 to Jersey.
Coach Wayne Boschat travelled with the squad.
The squad is away again this Sunday playing Horsham.
